A: January 18-February 15 training will take place at Riverfront Park next to the ramada (above practice fields).

March 1-April 5 training is between the practice fields at Naranja Park.

Q: Do I need to sign up in advance?

A: No! All sessions are drop-in, so no advance registration necessary. We encourage players to attend as many sessions as possible for the maximum benefit.

For first-time athletes who have not attended a session with us previously, we ask that parents stop by to fill out a short emergency contact form.

Q: What does the training consist of?

A: Training includes work on running mechanics, agility, footwork, explosive speed, and injury reduction training.

Q: What are the training times?

A: We will have split groups for boys and girls players to better address different needs. Boys' sessions will be 6:00-6:45, with girls players training from 6:45-7:30.

Q: I can't come due to my practice schedule. Are there any other options?

A: We have chosen rotating locations each month to try and allow as many players as possible to attend. However, if your practice schedule does not allow you to attend at those times, please contact us.

Q: I have another son/daughter who plays another sport - can he/she also attend the training?

A: Our free sessions are for CDO club players only. However, we do offer training at our facility for all sports and ages - contact us for more information.

Q: What is the best way to find out about cancellations or changes to the training schedule?

A: Follow us on Facebook for the latest training updates or changes. While there, you can also sign up for our email list to get all the latest training updates, including the skills and training plans for each session.

As always, you can follow CDO Soccer on Twitter for the latest information on field closures and other last-minute schedule updates.
